338th Aradhana celebrations of Sri Raghavendra Swamy (August 17, 18, 19 2008)
The Aradhana celebrations of Sri Raghavendra Swamy were held grandly under the auspices of  Sri Sri Sushameedra Theertha Swamiji in Mantalayam. The Archakas (Parimalachar & Ramakanthachar) performed the various poojas like Skheerabhishekam, Panchamruthabhishekam, Tulasi Archana, Maha Mangalaharathi on all the three days of Aradhana. Tens of thousands of devotees from all over the country participated in the celebrations to see the blessings of Sri Raghavendra Swamy
Saptaha Mahotsavam
Inspired by the Haridasas to spread the Dwaitha philosophy in the country, Archak Parimalachar intiated a celebration week called Sri Raghavendra Sapthaha Mahotsavam. This week includes the birthday of Raghavendra Swamy and also the Pattabhisheka date when Raghavendra Swamy became a pontiff.

Started a small initiative in 1994 in Raichur, Raghavendra Saptaha has become a annual event among the devotees of Raghavendra Swamy. So far, Saptaha has been held in various parts of the country including Chennai, Pune, Coimbatore, Mahbubnagar, Gulbarga, Adoni, Udipi ..etc. 

The last Saptaha celebrations were held in Tanjavur, the place where Raghavendra Swamy became a pontiff and took up the task of spreading Dwaitha philosophy in the country.
